Diode Laser Treatment
In most cases, no needles — just a gentle topical anesthetic and the precise movement of a laser tip. Our in-office diode laser lets us sculpt gum tissue with pinpoint accuracy, faster healing, and virtually no downtime.
Healthy gum tissue is the frame around your smile. We use laser treatment to refine that frame — whether it's exposing more tooth surface, uncovering an impacted tooth, or perfecting your gum line after braces come off.

TADs / MADs
TADs — Temporary Anchorage Devices — are small titanium screws placed in the jawbone to give us a fixed point of force. They unlock tooth movements that simply aren't possible with braces alone, often replacing the need for headgear or extractions.

Maxillary Skeletal Expander
For teens and adults whose upper jaw has stopped responding to conventional expanders, the Maxillary Skeletal Expander (MSE) — also called MARPE — delivers true skeletal widening without surgery.
Unlike tooth-supported expanders, the MSE anchors directly to the palatal bone using small titanium mini-screws. This applies expansion force to the skeleton itself, making it effective even in mature patients where sutures have begun to fuse.
