Every visit has been a delight, as Vivian and her attentive staff consistently welcome us with bright smiles—like Jackie’s! Choosing the right team to guide our child through the challenging journey of braces during the preteen years was so important to us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far. Not only are they a group of certified orthodontists in a high-tech, spotless, hygienic clinic with a great music playlist, and Disney on TV, but they also offer an abundance of kindness and support that makes this journey feel much easier for our daughter. It's truly heartwarming how Esmeralda and Erin remember our child’s name and engage in meaningful conversations. Andrew kindly demonstrates how to use the dental tools for her spacer and braces—it's those little touches that make all the difference. I highly recommend requesting AJ! He is hands-down the best orthodontic assistant!!!:) He was incredibly kind, patiently answered all my questions (especially about ceramic vs. metal braces), and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, understood, and comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ll definitely be booking my future visits with him! :)

I have been wearing invisalign for about two years and I'm happy to say my overbite and profile have dramatically improved. All the staff members are friendly and welcoming, often careful and gentle during cleanings and procedures, making sure I'm comfortable.
